Delete your account

You can delete your Kompletr account, and everything we hold for you, at any time. It takes about ten seconds and needs no email to us.

In the mobile app

Open Kompletr and go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm twice — we ask a second time because it can't be undone.

On the desktop app

Open kompletr.com/desktop and sign in.
Go to Data & Backup in the sidebar.
Scroll to Delete account at the bottom, confirm, and type DELETE when asked.

If you can't get into the app

Email hello@kompletr.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Kompletr account”. We'll confirm your identity and delete the account within 30 days — usually the same week.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account erases all of the following immediately and permanently:

Your account record — name, email address and profile picture.
Every figure you marked as owned or wanted, along with quantities, condition ratings and notes.
Your cart, your collecting preferences and your alert settings.
Your push notification token and your place on any restock email list.
Your usage and diagnostics records.

If you signed in with Apple, we also tell Apple to revoke the tokens that linked your Apple ID to Kompletr, so the connection is severed on their side too.

What we keep, and why

Subscription and payment records. If you ever subscribed to Kompletr Pro, our payment providers (Apple, Google or Stripe via RevenueCat) hold the transaction records they are legally required to keep for tax and accounting. We can't delete those, and neither can they. They contain no collection data.
Anonymous aggregates. Counts that can no longer be traced back to you — for example “1,204 collectors own this figure” — remain, because your row has already been removed from them.

An active subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel it first in your App Store, Google Play or RevenueCat billing account, otherwise it will keep renewing.
