Privacy Policy

Kompletr (“we”, “us”) provides apps for collectors to catalogue football figurines and related collectables. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Kompletr is the data controller. You can reach us any time at hello@kompletr.com.
What we collect
- Account details. When you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your name, email address and profile picture. If you use Apple’s “Hide My Email”, we only ever see the relay address Apple gives us.
- Your collection data. The figures you mark as owned or wanted, quantities, condition ratings, notes, and any photo you add to your collector profile.
- Subscription records. If you subscribe to Kompletr Pro, our payment provider tells us which plan you hold and when it renews. We never see or store your card details.
- Notification tokens. If you turn on alerts, we store the push token for your device and your email restock preferences.
- Basic usage and diagnostics. Which screens are opened and errors the app hits, so we can fix what breaks.
Why we use it
- To keep your collection in sync across your phone and the desktop app.
- To tell you when something on your wishlist is back in stock — only if you ask us to.
- To give you access to the features your subscription includes.
- To keep the service secure, and to diagnose crashes and bugs.
We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that make the service work, and only what they need: Google and Apple (sign-in), Apple and Google’s app stores together with RevenueCat and Stripe (subscription billing and status), Expo and Resend (push and email notifications), BigCommerce (if you buy a figure, the order is placed and shipped through the shop), and our hosting and database provider. Where these providers operate outside the UK/EEA, the transfer is covered by their standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Your account and collection data stay for as long as your account exists. Delete your account and we remove your profile, collection, wishlist, notes, notification tokens and sessions. Records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons (such as a purchase receipt) are retained for as long as the law requires.
Deleting your account
In the mobile app, go to Profile → Delete account. It is immediate and permanent: your data is removed from our systems, every signed-in device is logged out, and if you signed in with Apple we also revoke the Apple tokens issued to us. There is nothing to email us for, but if you would rather we did it, write to hello@kompletr.com.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@kompletr.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Children
Kompletr is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will remove it.
Security
Traffic between the apps and our servers is encrypted in transit, sign-in tokens are held in your device’s secure storage, and access to our database is restricted to the people who run the service.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, for anything significant, tell you in the app.
